Frequently Asked Questions
What is a hosting plan?
A hosting account is where all your files and data is stored. When Internet users want to view your website, all they need to do is type your website address or domain into their browser. Their computer will then connect to your server and your web pages will be delivered to them through the browser.
How can I control my website?
Your hosting account Cpanel is located at yourdomain.com/cpanel where you can access all your files and content. We would advise against changing anything here if unsure about what you are changing.
Is the hosting payable monthly or annually?
Payment for hosting is made once annually.
How much Storage do I need?
It all depends on the size of all your files and your site traffic. A small business website should be fine with our CURRENT plan. Bigger websites with constant image and content uploads may require more storage.
What happens if I use all my allocated disk and bandwidth?
You receive an email when you have used 75% of the allotted disk space. You may have problems uploading images and files to your website should the case be. We, however, would not pull your website down and would try and get in touch with you to address any issues.
Can I change my hosting plan to a different company?
Absolutely, yes. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services you can decide to move to your own hosting plan. You will, however, be responsible for the migration of files from your CPanel.
